Are you already meditating but needing a little motivation to set up a regular practice at home?
Do you already have a meditation practice but you missing a sense of community?
Perhaps you already sit with us and you’re looking for more?
Or maybe you are looking for an excuse to re-engage with the Sydney Zen Centre?

Good news! You can kickstart your New Year with online meditation 6.50-7.30 am on each of these days:

Provided you have some meditation experience, you are very welcome to join us, regardless of whether you are a regular, or new to Sydney Zen Centre. We encourage you to attend as often as you can during the period, but it is not essential to commit to all these dates.

If you are new to meditation, we’d prefer that you first attend one of our orientation evenings
