Provided you have some meditation experience, you are very welcome to join us, regardless of whether you are a regular, or new to Sydney Zen Centre. We encourage you to attend as often as you can during the period, but it is not essential to commit to all these dates.
If you are new to meditation, we’d prefer that you first attend one of our orientation evenings
